Boston Butt seasoned with a dry rub cooked slow for eight hours, marinated BBQ chicken breast served with buns. Comes with cole slaw, baked beans, hushpuppies and your choice of southern potato salad or homemade chips.

Fajita Bar: $14 per person

Seasoned cooked chicken and steak with peppers and onions, served with Mexican rice, authentic refried beans, tortilla chips and salsa, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, jalapenos, and guacamole.

Taco Bar: $14 per person

Seasoned USDA Angus Ground Chuck, shredded chicken, hard and soft shells, Mexican rice, authentic refried beans, tortilla chips and salsa, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, jalapenos, and guacamole.

Italian Buffet: $14 per person

Choice of three sauces: Marinara, Meat Sauce, Alfredo or Blackened Cream Sauce. Served with linguine and penne pastas, tossed salad, dessert and rolls. Choose one Italian Speciality from below, served with a tossed salad, dessert and rolls.

Chicken Cordon Bleu: $14 per person

Chicken breast stuffed with ham and Swiss cheese, topped with roasted red pepper sauce.

Grilled Chopped Sirloin: $13 per person

USDA Angus Beef seasoned and cooked to perfection, topped with a burgundy mushroom sauce and served with a baked potato or red skinned mashed potatoes.

Chicken Breast or Pork Loin (Choice of Stuffing Below): $14 per person

Cornbread herb stuffing with walnuts, sherry and cranberry glaze. Cornbread stuffing with fresh spinach, cream cheese and sun dried tomatoes cream sauce.
